      We currently have no automated check that verifies a test suite/variant is actually running with the FCV we intend it to run with. This assumption is implicit and easy to break silently.

      For example disagg "no all-feature-flags" suites should run on lastStableFCV/lastContinuousFCV, while "all-feature-flags" suites should run on latestFCV.
