Create and include Jira ticket in pull request title for MONGO_VERSION bump PRs

      The workflow script that opens up PRs to bump the MONGO_VERSION should create a Jira ticket and include it in the pull request title.

      Jira ticket creation:

      • Select “No” for master affected
      • Request and approve the BACKPORT ticket for whatever branch the MONGO_VERSION is being bumped in
      • Add the SERVER ticket to the PR title
