Make compressor metrics specific to ingress and egress

      Currently the compressor metrics (e.g. network.snappy.compressor.bytesIn) don't distinguish between ingress and egress, so if we report this metric e.g. on the egress dashboard, its value will contain bytes from ingress networking and so its value will be harder to interpret and less useful.
