On 8.3 rhel8-asan, aggregation_wildcard_fuzzer occasionally has tasks reaching a 10 minute limit (aggregationLoop monitor). The task is making normal progress, and is close to completion.

As this does not appear to reflect an actual bug, reduce the number of pipelines per file, and increase the number of files per task to maintain the same coverage but avoid any single file hitting the 10 min limit.

Master has moved the affected suite to arm (SERVER-122888); this change will still be applied to master for consistency as there's no negative impact from doing so.
