Enable integration testing for test extensions on PPC & s390X

      Signature validator, RNP & Extension unit tests already run on the nightly master project on PPC and s390x. However, integration tests for extensions using our own test extensions (not mongot-extension tests) do not run on these platforms. 

      As part of this ticket, enable the integration tests on PPC and s390x.
