There are some files that really only have meaning to the C++ driver, that should probably be stripped from the server repo now that we have forked the driver.

Some examples are:

• src/mongo/client/initialize.h and initialize.cpp
• src/mongo/client/examples

There are doubtless more. In any event, we should remove these now unbuildable files rather than letting them bitrot.
