Currently in the hook's internal validation, unlike in the validate collections background job, there is no handling of the legacy timeseries collections, which leads to an error when executing listIndices query against it and executed in older binary, that doesn't yet translate timeseries to views smoothly. We should ignore such error in these cases in the hook.
