Join plan cache: construct a high-concurrency test

      We need a high-concurrency test that does the following:

      . Loads the tpch dataset and queries

      1. In 2 threads, run DDLs against the dataset that are as follows:

      • hide or unhide an existing index
      • drop an existing index and recreate it after a sleep
      • create new indexes on fields that participate in the queries

      2. In 50 threads, run queries from the "official" TPCH dataset. Use a maxtimems of 30 seconds
      3. In 50 threads, run queries from the "fuzzed" TPCH dataset, in a zipfian frequency distribution. use maxtimems of 5 seconds
