Remove backport_required_multiversion exclusion once BACKPORT-29703 lands on v9.0

      A new fsm workload, jstests/concurrency/fsm_workloads/query/ifr_arm_getmore_retry_race.js, was added to cover the getMore retry race fixed under SERVER-133148. It trips the targeted tassert when run in a mixed-version topology with an old-version mongos. Until that fix is backported, the test is tagged backport_required_multiversion and excluded from the multiversion concurrency suites.

      Goal: Remove the now-unnecessary exclusion and re-enable the test in multiversion suites once the backport is in and available in last-continuous/last-lts binaries.
