Some RSM hello metrics are not in serverStatus

      We would like to have some RSM metrics in networking dashboards, but currently some are only reported to FTDC. The metrics not in serverStatus are:

      • mongodb.connPoolStats.replicaSetMonitor.hello.totalLatencyMicros
      • mongodb.connPoolStats.replicaSetMonitor.hello.totalCalls
