• Each dispatched op passed through the SessionUpdateTracker with coalescing disabled; any emitted session-record write becomes a derived op.
• The emitted session-record write hash-routed to a worker inside the same in-flight batch as the op that produced it, so lastApplied cannot pass the op before its session update is durable.
• Non-transaction scope only — transaction session records are M3.
