Allow enterprise edition to be available as raw binaries

      While MSI and RPM files are great, some users prefer the simple easy installation/upgrade process commonly used in the open source edition with no behind the scenes installation

      . Given raw binary files that we can simply drag and drop and replace others with is a good option to have.
