Record shard-reported write errors against the originating statement’s query stats key.

The mongos router already maintains per-statement keys via the per-opIndex map. It translates each locally-indexed reply item from the shards back to its originating client statement when building the client response. Use the existing translation logic to collect query stats right when an operation produces an error entry.
