      Revert of the v9.0 backport of SERVER-128221 on the v9.0-staging branch.

      Reverts v9.0 commit ce39b6f019b2719b97fa299a18bca92915528213 ("SERVER-128221 add initialSyncWaitForSyncSourceLastStableRecoveryTs to tests (#55154)").

      This mirrors the revert already landed on master as PR #60942 (3c6d6db443c3). The initialSyncWaitForSyncSourceLastStableRecoveryTs parameter was introduced by SERVER-125964, which has been backed out of master, so the test changes that set it are no longer applicable.

      Also removes the corresponding etc/backports_required_for_multiversion_tests.yml entries.
