Burn in is unable to run tests that require any sort of setup, as it only calls resmoke.py and none of the evergreen tasks/steps that would initialize the environment of a test.

To that end, those two join optimization tests need to be listed in the https://github.com/10gen/mongo/blob/b4caa23d41455e36a09e0f3e2451e61dfaaaa13e/etc/burn_in_tests.yml so that they are not run by burn-in
