numThreads is inaccurate in OldDataCleanup

      numThreads goes up in threes because it is incremented in the ctor of OldDataCleanup & OldDataCleanup is passed by value twice.

      This is no longer an issue in 2.6 as this code seems to be very different. It seems to start in 2.2.0 and is in 2.4.9.
