applyOps insert, update, delete operations check UUID matches the namespace. The check happens before the acquisition that happens a few lines below, using lookupNSSByUUID which might miss commit pending collections and wrongly throw NamespaceNotFound. This seems unnecessary and we should be using the acquired collection.
