One of the namespaces that can be used by the rollback fuzzer is kCollName255Char This is a 255 length collection which ends up being an invalid namespace. The restriction on namespaces is a 255 character limit for the whole namespace, not just the collection. This causes a lot of commands in the fuzzer to fail with InvalidNamespace error which reduces the test coverage we actually get from this suite.

The generated collection should be 250 characters long so the whole namespace is 255.
