SERVER-134691 and SERVER-103328 both surface as the same time-series min/max mismatch validation error, so failures can't be reliably attributed to either one. Version history doesn't separate them, since collections with SERVER-134691 data must have upgraded through versions affected by SERVER-103328.

Proposal: use the validate warning "Detected a time-series bucket with mixed schema data" as the distinguishing signal. Attribute min/max mismatches on collections with that warning to SERVER-134691, and to SERVER-103328 otherwise.
