The src/mongo/db/modules/atlas/jstests/disagg_storage/format_snapshot/format_snapshot_restore.js test compares the current listIndexes output against a snapshot of listIndexes downloaded from a S3.

That listIndexes output contained collection:{locale:"simple"}{}, which is the format from SERVER-89953, which we later reverted in SERVER-136162. We had to work around this by normalizing the collation.

Ensure the snapshot gets eventually updated to the reverted format and remove the TODO associated to this ticket.
