Do not use pool size parameters for the Grid connection pool

      The ShardingFixed connection pool uses the same parameters as any other connection pool (ShardingTaskExecutorPoolMinSize). This can lead to exhaustion of connections on the config servers as all nodes in the cluster (mongos & mongod) create this connection pool to talk to config server.
