Join plan cache replanning relies on tracking 2 metrics - total number of reads and number of intermediate rows produced. Currently, the trial run tracker only supports tracking only one metric at a time. This ticket will introduce functionality so that we can track the aggregate of 2 metrics.

We also need to the extend the trial run tracker to track whether a plan spilled as well as tracking whether spilling is allowed or not.
