Join plan cache replanning policy requires establishing a per-plan cost baseline. One of the metrics needed to establish this cost baseline is the number of intermediate rows produced by a join node during execution. Currently, none of the join-operator nodes report this intermediate output or whether spilling occurred to the TrialRunTracker.

The goal of this ticket is to make SBE join stages report this metric to an attached TrialRunTracker.
