Move ClockSourceMock-specific code out of production ClockSource implementation/interface

      The ClockSource::setAlarm method is defined in ClockSource and used in ClockSource::waitForConditionUntil, but it's only use in the codebase is ClockSourceMock. We should move this out of the production ClockSource class so this this testing code is only in use in tests.
