      SERVER-136044 bounded server-side JS print() output with a fixed 64 KiB per-scope budget (JSPrintBudget). We should make the limit configurable via a maxJsPrintBytes server parameter (default 65536, 0 disables print() output).

      Note the value must be passed from host to WASM across the wasmtime bridge, since the budget is enforced inside the WASI SpiderMonkey module where server parameters aren't linked, whereas the legacy-mozjs path can read the parameter directly.
