      Creating this umbrella ticket to contain ideas for further join plan cache testing that is not covered in the tickets that implement replanning (SERVER-136737, SERVER-136738).

      We could consider more robust plan stability tests that ensure the replanned plan is "as good", golden tests to validate results across replanning, etc.
