      SERVER-135392 introduced the concept of CapabilityVersion to the host adapters of the extensions API (i.e Handles/Vtable API). In that ticket, we used a default parameter to minimize the number of changes in the PR. As part of this ticket, implement the required type traits and remove the default parameter in the base class (i.e Handle.h/VTableAPI.h).
