In SERVER-137108 we have a case of a death test that needs to be run many times, once for each value of a set of values. If it wasn't a death test, we'd just call it a parameterized test, but since it IS a death test, we have no option. It isn't particularly hard to make a parameterized death test macro so let's just do that. Parameterized tests are new to us so it perhaps just hasn't come up yet, but here we have an example in the wild.
