See the syntax doc for the list of knobs. This should involve:

• updating each existing knob to be visible via query settings
• updating sites where we check the knob to use the QKC context/ not use the knob directly
• adding tests validating each knob does the right thing for all its values
• adding tests to verify interactions between related knobs work as expected
