In cbr_plan_ranking.cpp:160-161, we expose the `nDocsSampled` metric using `getSampleSize`. This is incorrect, as `getSampleSize` returns the requested sample size and not the actual sample size. 

We want to instead use `getSamplingMetadata().docCount` to report the correct value.
