Add query shapes and a query stats key for the individual insert, update and delete ops inside a bulkWrite command, gated on featureFlagQueryStatsAdditionalWriteCommands.

• Each bulkWrite op reuses the existing standalone insert/update/delete shape, so it hashes the same as the equivalent standalone command. The bulkWrite command itself is not shapified.
• Fields shared with insert/update/delete follow the existing query stats decisions for those commands.
• New bulkWrite-only key fields:
  • errorsOnly (as-is)
  • cursor.batchSize (abstracted)
  • nsInfo collectionUUID (abstracted)
