      Summary

      Send ARM killCursors to each remote cursor's own namespace (RemoteCursorData::cursorNss) rather than the ARM's _params.getNss(), matching the getMore requests. This fixes a latent correctness issue for views and $lookup/$unionWith sub-pipelines, where the two namespaces can differ.
