Create a replica set passthrough test for replica set change streams that automatically enables transactions and that sets the showEndOfTransaction: "required" change stream option if not already set.
This needs a new override method in jstests/libs/override_methods for setting the flag, auto-enabling transactions, and filtering out the endOfTransaction change events from any aggregate and getMore responses received in the command override.
Without filtering these events out, change streams tests would start observing extra events that they are not prepared for.

The goal is to make this new passthrough test suite run as part of required EVG patch runs, and to have all existing change streams test pass.
Also create a variant of this test suite that runs on disaggregated storage.
