Background

Design: WRITING-39975. Epic: SPM-4886.

The testing proctor forced blind writes off, so correctness tests never ran the feature. Removing the override is a prerequisite for enabling it in the field.

Change

• Remove the proctor override and run the MongoDB tests with the feature enabled, including role changes.
• Triage any failures.

Acceptance criteria

• The tests run with the feature on and pass, and cover step-up and step-down.
