      Modify benchRun to allow different worker threads to perform different ops.

      Add configuration options to benchRun ops to indicate probability of locking a document in a given range.

      Look into assertion that queries/sec is reliable for read requests in benchRun but not write requests, and whether that is a problem with the benchRun framework.
