Overview

Bump the jstestfuzz rev pinned by the deterministic fuzzer tasks from ffd9738aca7a2d11bbd334857112f9b81fc45268 to 4c568da85d23a3c579ecaff7790a2890460f763c, so they pick up the fix for non-release branches.

Background

The deterministic fuzzer tasks (aggregation_multiversion_fuzzer_deterministic, aggregation_timeseries_fuzzer_deterministic, aggregation_optimization_fuzzer_deterministic, update_fuzzer_replication_deterministic) clone 10gen/jstestfuzz and git reset --hard to a pinned rev. That pinned rev predates jstestfuzz PR #1539, which makes generateLatestVersionInfo() treat main-staging* branches as master instead of throwing.

Every fuzzer path that tracks jstestfuzz master is already fixed by SERVER-137767, but the deterministic tasks pin the pre-fix rev ffd9738a, so they keep aborting during test generation on mongodb-main-staging-poc (branch main-staging-poc).

Failure

Example task: aggregation_multiversion_fuzzer_deterministic.

Fails at step jstestfuzz run sh in function run jstestfuzz (evergreen/jstestfuzz_run.sh), which does git reset --hard $jstestfuzz_gitrev (parsed from the --jstestfuzzGitRev expansion) and then runs generation with --branch main-staging-poc.

Scope of Work

Bump the pinned rev at all 5 sites:
* bazel/repository_rules/jstestfuzz_repository.bzl - _DETERMINISTIC_COMMIT
* etc/evergreen_yml_components/tasks/resmoke/server_divisions/query/tasks.yml - 4x --jstestfuzzGitRev (the *_deterministic_gen tasks)

Also regenerate MODULE.bazel.lock (the bzlTransitiveDigest and pinned commit both change).

The same 5 sites + lock file have been bumped this way before, which is what makes this a routine change:
