serverStatus().queryMemory.loadShedding.lowMarkBytes can briefly report a negative value when load shedding is disabled at runtime.
appendQueryMemoryLoadSheddingStats() decides active from the RSS monitor state (L588), then separately reads queryMemoryLoadSheddingLowMarkPercent (L600) to compute lowMarkBytes (L604). The server parameter is stored before its on_update hook runs (server_parameter_with_storage.h L299-L302), and the monitor's active state is cleared only when the hook stops it (L633, L687). A serverStatus in that window sees active: true with lowPct = -1, so lowMarkBytes = memLimit * -1 / 100.
Fix: read lowPct once and omit the threshold fields when it is negative.
