Replace i686 in Linux-32 tarball filename and inner directory name with i386

      Description

      We're now cross-compiling 32-bit binaries and the target is i386 instead of i686. The inner directory name now already contains i386 but we should adjust the tarball name as well and account for that in packaging scripts.
