      The server contains a number of implementations of "copy collection" behavior with only minor differences between each (e.g. repairDatabase(), cloneCollectionAsCapped(), CmdRenameCollection::wrappedRun() and Cloner::Fun::operator()). These should be consolidated into a single implementation.
