A customer has detailed the following scenario. May be someone created the shards with general names like Shard0, Shard1 and Shard2. Later on we introduced TAGS as well as moved the shards to different regions of the globe, hence we may need to re-name them like Shard0_NA_US_DC1 or Shard1_EU_DC2 etc to be more descriptive. There should an easier way to change the shard names.
