Warn if numInitialChunks used for shardCollection on non-empty collection

      Shardcollection doesn't support the numInitialChunks parameter when the collection has data in it:
      http://docs.mongodb.org/manual/reference/command/shardCollection/

      It would be very helpful if the user is at least warned about this.
