I am facing some issue on uneven distribution of data on shard server , I Know I can do manually chunk migration , but I don't wanna do that , May be balancer is not working or not on for a period (some one off to take backu and fiorgot to on it)begin create a situation of uneven distribution of data over shard server.

i just want to knew is there is a way to know my balancer uptime, and a complete status list like when it was off and when it was on with details notes .
