These commands need implementing for sharded environments:
dataSize datasize dbstats deleteIndexes dropIndexes reIndex repairDatabase validate

We should make sure we have a decent abstraction - since most of the logic for these is identical.

(Several jstests don't pass under sharding now that these aren't passed through.)
