      Currently we use the RangeDeleter interface for all but one of the migration cleanup tasks (the initial clearing of the chunk on the TO-side of the migration). As prep work to refactoring some of dbhelpers.cpp::removeRange(), we should rewire this step into the RangeDeleter.
