java app stopped writing messages to mongo namespace

      java app stopped writing messages to mongo namespace. we noticed the following error message in the mongo log:
      Mon Jul 21 00:24:42 [conn22049396] quota exceeded for namespace: mgwhap.mongodbcollections1

      We are using the mongo community version. Do we need to increase the quota files or do we need to upgrade to a commercial version?
