exitCleanly should not be called in error cases

      Currently mongoDbMain always calls exitCleanly on the return of initAndListen. This includes cases like EXIT_UNCAUGHT when the journal fails to apply cleanly. We should only ever exitCleanly in the EXIT_CLEAN case.
