getRecordStore() on DatabaseCatalogEntry?

      We talked about this today at our meeting. Would it make more sense to move functions like getRecordStore() and getIndex() to CollectionCatalogEntry instead DatabaseCatalogEntry?

      Also, would it make more sense to move renameCollection() to StorageEngine, since the renaming can move the collection from one database to another?
