getUser() fails with 2.4 schema users

      The getUser() shell helper fails with 2.4 schema users:

      2014-10-02T13:14:26.646-0400 Error: User name for getUser shell helper must be a string at src/mongo/shell/db.js:1253

      Note - getUsers() does work

      It seems that getUsers has a fallback for v2.4 schema users
