Degraded performance on rc5 (mms-prod-pings1)

      This is the same replica set as in SERVER-16482. The performance on rc4 (community) was measurably degraded from 2.6.6. The suspected root cause of that is still under investigation as SERVER-16065.

      We upgraded to rc5 (enterprise) regardless. Unfortunately, rc5 (enterprise) displayed a severe degradation over rc4 (community). Please see MMS charts below - note large spike in queues, decrease in opcounters.
