      Need to add a command-line option for specifying the Basis Tech Root directory.

      The command line switch will be:
--basisTechRoot

For the YAML parameter:
basistech.root

      Also, for diagnostic purposes, we should add a hidden parameter to enable verbose RLP logging to aid in diagnosing customer installation issues.
